This page says what lottosouthdakota.com.com stores when you read about Jackpot Madness. It is a short list. We built it that way.

Scope

This statement covers lottosouthdakota.com.com only. It covers the promo pages and the Madness Reels browser demo. Jackpot Madness, Google Play, and the App Store run their own rules the moment you leave. We do not control those products.

What we collect on this site

We do not run accounts. There are no forms. Do not send passwords or payment data. We would have nowhere to put them. The demo balance stays in the page while it is open. A refresh clears it. We do not upload that balance.

Third-party services

Google Fonts may load so Syne and DM Sans can render. That request can share your IP address with Google. We do not add analytics, ad pixels, or embedded store frames. Store badges are local images. The links are just links.

Cookies and local storage

We store two flags only: one that you confirmed you are 18 or older, and one that you accepted this cookie note. They live in localStorage and in cookies. The cookie is set for 365 days, with SameSite=Lax, on the current path and on /. Clear site data for lottosouthdakota.com.com and both flags go away. Madness Reels does not write a saved wallet.

Children

These pages are for adults 18 or older. We do not aim them at children. We do not ask for names. If you are under 18, leave. The age dialog is there for that choice.

Your choices
